I have taken many homes from concept to completion. I enjoy getting to know my clients needs and incorporating them into the design of their home. I pride myself on the fact that we do not need to do elaborate staging to maximize the listing. Often I can work with the furniture and fixtures of the client and maximize the value of their home. Contractors I have been in the building business for ten years and understand the requirements of contractors. I understand budget, time constraints and design. I can assist clients in making final choices on materials. My goal is to make the contractors job easier and giving the client the confidence that their home will fit their needs from: room function, budget, and beauty. |
